Shipment management platform

Every shipment tracked. Every reference private.

Shippbie connects carrier AWB numbers to your customers through internal Order IDs, syncs live tracking from the carrier, and gives every role exactly the access it needs — nothing more.

Use the Order ID from your account. You will be asked to sign in.

Who did what, and when

The flow

From carrier AWB to customer timeline.

Every shipment passes through the same four steps. The carrier's reference is used internally at each one — and never handed to the customer.

  1. AWB RECEIVED

    Carrier reference registered

A Logistic Manager enters the AWB issued by the carrier. It is stored privately.

  2. ORDER ID

    Customer reference issued

An internal Order ID is generated — unrelated to the AWB, so one can never reveal the other.

  3. MAPPED

    Connected to the customer

The shipment is mapped to its User and company, with the full mapping history kept.

  4. TRACKED

    Live from the carrier

Scans sync from the carrier and appear on the customer's timeline, references removed.

Built for every role

One platform, five levels of access.

Each account sees and does exactly what its role allows. Permissions are enforced on the server for every request — not hidden in the interface.

Owner

Full control of the platform: every account, company, carrier credential and record.

Admin

Creates, edits and removes Co-Admins, Logistic Managers and Users.

Co-Admin

Onboards Logistic Managers and Users, and follows their shipments.

Logistic Manager

Registers carrier AWB numbers and connects each shipment to the right customer.

User

Tracks their own shipments by Order ID — read-only, and never sees an AWB.

Tracking

Live status, honestly reported.

Tracking comes from the carrier — by webhook where it is available, and by scheduled sync otherwise. Every view says when it was last refreshed. If the carrier cannot be reached, customers are told plainly rather than shown invented updates.

  • Full timeline with location and time of every scan
  • Delivered, attempted, returned and exception states
  • Carrier references removed from every customer-visible line

Security

Isolation by design, not by convention.

Company isolation

A customer can never reach another company's shipments — checked in every query.

Private AWB numbers

Kept out of every customer response, page and search — and removed from carrier text.

Hardened sessions

Secure cookies, rate-limited sign-in, and immediate revocation on any account change.

Audit log

Account changes, AWB mappings and tracking syncs are recorded with who and when.

Ready when your team is.

Accounts are issued by your administrator. Sign in to manage shipments, or to track the ones on their way to you.
